What you’ll do
Plans and controls of Maintenance schedule for the building and facilities/utilities, supervise and monitor the implementation to ensure the program executed as plan.
Develops and supervises the progress of all personnel in area.
Support Plans and executes equipment capital projects (including asset change and installation) in support of process improvement & demand changes
Responsible to Lead Capex implementation in Cikarang Site
Responsible for strict compliance of all Site's Facilities and Utilities with cGMP-rules Global Quality Policy
Responsible for implementation of SHE and DEPNAKER’s UKK (Industrial Hygiene and Safety) requirement in his area operations.
Responsible for embedding Lean principle in Cikarang Site
Responsible for TPM implementation in Cikarang Site
Complete additional task and project assigned by Management to support Site’s priority
Essential for the role
Requires Bachelor Degree, majoring in Engineering
5 to 10 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical factory, consumer goods or F&B factory with at least 3 years in supervisor position or above.
Familiar with GMP and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) standard
Leadership skill.
Excellent communication skill.
Active English both oral and written.
